Our vision

Innerness was founded on the belief that the world is a reflection of the inner state of individuals and organizations.

This inner world consists of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers, each containing limitations that can be resolved. When this happens, potential and talents can fully develop. This process is infinite, allowing the potential and talents of individuals and organizations—or individual consciousness—to grow endlessly. 

Moreover, individual consciousness influences the collective consciousness of the Earth, and the collective consciousness of the Earth, in turn, affects that of the universe as a whole.
